Parking and Transportation:
Parking both in the Castro and the Mission are what you make of it.

Give yourself enough time to park, or even better, walk, bike, scoot, skate, MUNI (all train lines to Castro; 14, 22, 33, 49 busses to Roxie) or BART it (transfer from MUNI at Civic Center to 16th St. Station) to the shows. Depending on the day, parking should be available in Golden Gate Park on JFK Drive or take the 44 directly to the museum. Most of the street parking in the Mission is metered Mon.-Sat. until 6 pm. Cheap parking is available around the clock in the UCSF lots on 15th St. between Folsom and Harrison, and on 17th St. at Treat.
